3/7/18 - 6’1/180, Senior. Lean, wiry frame. The lefty works from high- slot with some effort and deception in his delivery. He put together a stellar performance on Sunday, carrying a no-hitter through 4 â…” innings. He has nice two-pitch mix with FB/CB combo. His fastball has arm side run with late life, sitting mostly 87-89 mph, touching a few 90’s in the first three innings. Sharp 1/7 breaking ball at 75-77. The pitch has tight rotation and depth. Most of his misses are with his fastball to his arm side. Showed the ability to pitch off his breaking ball, even throwing it three, and four times in a row. Fastball shows more tilt when located to his glove side. Worked out of several jams with runners on, his two-pitch mix was enough to get through the Dallas Baptist order three times.
