2/26/16 - Florida Gulf Coast recruit. 6-foot-2, 180 pound lefty with a lean squared body and a wide back. Loose arm at a ¾ arm slot. Short in back. Hides ball. Creates deception in delivery. Lands across the body but still gets out front fairly consistently. Creates a tough angle against left handed hitters. Fast ball was 83-87 mph with sink and run. Curve ball was a short tight downer at 73-76 mph. Only threw it to one side of the plate. Down and in to right handed hitters. Solid average ML change up at 71-75 mph with the same sink and run as the fast ball. Threw it in any count and threw it for strikes. Good pitchability. Pitched a good game in 5 innings of work.
