5-foot-8 155-pounds.Short, compact athletic frame. Jones can make things happen at any time with his feet. He beat out what seemed to be a routine grounder, then took 2nd base on the next pitch. He then had a heads up play and scored on a routine ground ball where never stopped rounding 3rd base, and scored with the 1B not paying attention. He is a key piece at the bottom of the line up for the Warriors and turned the line up over multiple times to bring up the top of the order. His swing is simple and quick with a consistent bat path that produces consistent contact. He does not try to do too much, and knows if he can put the ball in play he has a chance to make something happen.
