4/10/23
Uncommitted. 5-foot-10 160-pounds. Davis has been on the list to see this spring, and he did not disappoint. He had 3 hits on the night, and the most impressive one was on a lefty fastball at 87 up in the zone that he drove over the SS head. The swing is smooth and effortless from the left side. I love the leg kick, and rhythm in the load and weight transfers through contact. All of this is paired with crazy quick hands that can get to any pitch in or even out of the zone. The center fielder is a gamer, and plays the game hard. He is a threat with the feet anytime he is on base. He moves effortlessly in CF, and has a strong arm to pair with it. Davis will be a high follow in the 25 class this summer.
