3.17.17 - Unsigned senior. 6-foot-3, 165-pound, long and lean, projectable right-handed pitcher. Long arm action from a ¾ slot. Fastball gets hard run and sink action at times, gets a lot of ground ball action to the left side of infield, sat 83-85 mph. Curveball, slurve action, and 67-68 mph.
4.14.16 - 6-foot-3, 160-pound long-limbed, projectable right-handed pitcher. Came out of the bullpen for a one-inning stint. Easy effort delivery, long arm action out of a low ¾ to ¾ slot, pounds the strike zone and flashed feel for three pitches. Fastball is deceptive, gets on hitters, sat 83-86 mph, touching 87 with hard arm-side-run and slight sinking action. Feel for a curveball, 11/5, 10/4 action, loopy action and ranged between 65-69 mph. Changeup had feel, fade action and clocked at 73-74 mph. Projectable right-handed pitcher who should be a high follow in the 2017 class. Final Line: 1IP, 0H, 0R, 2K, 1BB.
