C Benjamin Mitchell (Harvest Christian, 2025) is a physical right-handed hitting backstop that showed strength in all aspects of his workout. Five of Mitchell’s batted balls jumped off his barrel at 97 mph or higher, including a max mark of 101.6 mph, and another output at 101.3 mph. Mitchell showed high-end hand speed on average (23.2 mph) and at peak (24.3 mph), as well as advanced bat speed at max (82.2 mph) and average (78.1 mph). He was also up to 78 mph from the crouch and popped in the 1.95-to-2.00 range.

C Benjamin Mitchell (Harvest Christian, 2025; Bellarmine commit) impressed in a couple different aspects, but he primarily stood out with the bat; leading the event with an eye-opening 103.8 mph max EV while also leading the event in average EV (97.1 mph), which would have been the fifth highest max EV in attendance. The right-handed hitter looked to keep the ball to his pull-side and stay on top of the baseball, rocking his hands into a steep path while staying flatter on pitches up in the zone. Behind the plate, Mitchell has a clean catch/throw operation, he works in-line to second while staying low and in his legs. His arm works short and to the ear before transitioning into an over-the-top slot, reaching as low as 1.97 for his pop-time with a max velocity of 77 mph. Looks to work under the baseball while receiving and pull pitches back into the zone to steal strikes.

The Junior is built at a physical 6-foot-1, 200-pound frame with strength throughout. Despite a larger frame, Mitchell is a mobile defender behind the dish and displays quality catch/throw actions. The right-handed hitter put his power potential on display Saturday afternoon, blasting a home run to left while using a wood bat at Milkmen Field. Mitchell registered some of the highest exit velocities back in August at the State Games, and continues to show quality pop with feel for the barrel.

5-foot-11, 165-pound, right-handed hitting infielder/RHP. Strong, proportional frame. 2025 graduate that competes up a level. Tall setup, hands start high, quick toe-tap trigger. Long and level path, flashed raw power to the pull-side when on time, upright two-hand finish. Singled sharply to left-field in the first game on Sunday and followed up with a hard lineout to left in his next at-bat. Came in relief on Saturday afternoon against Chicago Elite. Long arm action, high ¾ slot. Tall/fall type delivery, works across body, shoulders stay closed, short stride downhill. Fastball sat 70-72 mph, topping out at 74 mph with slight arm-side run. Curveball ranged between 65-66 mph, 11/5 shape, late break, flashed early feel for pitch. Changeup maintains fastball arm speed, 63-65 mph range, worked down in the zone.
