Calm in the box, sets up even with short leg lift timing trigger, gets foot down, smooth hand load. Loose hands with signs of twitch, short path, generates present bat speed with rhythm in swing, power potential is there, pull favoritism on this day. Aggressive on first pitch in two of his ABs, also worked deep counts with a feel for the strike zone, took pitches just off and was rung up on a questionable call down, no complaints - kept playing. Quiet gamer type. Fielded his position capably at first base, made both plays hit his way. Swing will be strong suit moving forward, a hitter’s hitter with a presence in the box. Follow 2020.
