Morris has flown under the radar due to knee injuries during his freshman and sophomore years. However, he proved to be a dynamic performer during his junior year. At the plate, Morris batted .392 with 14 extra-base hits and 36 RBI. A 6.8 runner, Morris is an extremely athletic catcher who showed arm strength at several summer events. His athleticism and arm strength also translate in the middle infield.
