6.6.27 - 5-foot-10, 170-pound, left-handed pitcher. Worked a quick inning. Smooth, repeatable delivery, works on-line with home plate and lands square. Long draw out of the glove, throws out of a short, over-the-top window. Fastball, thrown for strikes, straight action and sat 78-80 mph. Curveball works 1/7, short, tight break, 72-75 mph.
3.16.17 - 5-foot-10, 165-pound, left-handed pitcher. Composure and presence on the mound. Repeats his delivery, commands fastball, able to pitch to both sides of the plate. Fastball sat 77-80 mph. Went five innings and allowed one earned run, picking up the win for Benton.
2.19.17 - 5-foot-10, 165-pound left-handed pitcher. On the mound works from a high ¾ arm angle with a long arm action. Tall and fall delivery working in line with home plate. Some effort in delivery with a square landing. Fastball has slight cutting action at 78-79 mph down in the zone for strikes. Curveball was soft at 68-70 mph with 2-8 shape. Changeup has cutting action at 70-71 mph.
