1/12/14 - Projectable frame, athletic build with length, 6-foot-3, 190-pound left handed pitcher. Delivery operates with regular effort with some rhythm. Arm works from a high ¾ slot, loose athletic arm action. Fastball has late running action to his arm side, showed control of his fastball. Curveball works on an 11/5 plane, throws aggressively, 69-71 mph, showed feel. Changeup has arm side run, showed above average feel, 71-73 mph, potential to be an advanced pitch. Pagni shows excellent projection with feel for three pitches, high ceiling.

9.25.13 - Lanky 6-foot-3, 180-pound frame. Throws from a high ¾ slot with a long, loose arm action. Has a drop and drive style delivery with quality direction. Arm works clean and easily, and maintains good tempo and rhythm in delivery. Commanded 79-81 mph for strikes on both sides of plate. His curveball has a 2/8 shape to it with two-plane action, at 68-71 mph, for strikes. Showed some feel for his changeup that he threw 72-74 mph with sinking action and occasional cut.

8/9/13 - Lanky build, 6-foot-3, 175-pound left handed pitcher. Works out of a full windup delivery, choppy rhythm. Arm action is short, high ¾ arm slot. Fastball is mostly straight, 78-79 mph, touched 80 mph, showed some control. Breaking ball featured slurve action, 65-69 mph.
