Fastball showed slight cutting action at 78-80 topping out at 82 mph. Curveball has 11-5 shape at 65-68 mph. Changeup showed sinking action, thrown hard at 73-76 mph. At the plate hits from a balanced setup with a short stride and average balance. Long, uphill swing path. Showed strength thru contact with 92 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.74. Defensively has an easy arm action from a side arm slot. Clean exchange with average arm strength. Threw 74 mph across the infield.

7/6/16 - 6-foot-2, 220-pound strong, physical body frame. A right-handed hitter who offers strength in his swing, while recording a top exit velocity of 90 mph. Hits from a spread out stance, with the tendency to stride slightly more open. He uses a short, fluid load with his hands moving to his back shoulder. Swings with a level bat path through the zone, finishing with a two-handed follow through. He ran a 7.52 60-yard dash. In the infield he shows athletic footwork. Moves well around the bag. Fields the ball out in front of his body, throws from a high ¾ slot with 79 mph arm strength. On the mound he shows good direction to the plate, landing on line at foot strike. Throws with a short back arm action into a high ¾ slot with average arm speed. Fastball sat 80-81 mph. Curveball sat 69-73 mph with sharp break on an 11/5 plane. Changeup sat 73-75 mph.
