Built at a strong 6-foot-2, 190-pounds, Joyce sat in the high-80s for the duration of his outing, touching 89 mph from an athletic and intentful delivery. His breaking ball also flashed some out-pitch potential as it played with late depth and did earn a couple of swings-and-misses.
