5/29/14 - Currently ranked No. 40 in Illinois’ 2015 class, No. 161 overall.  Xavier commit.  5-foot-11, 170-pound athletic middle infielder.  Soft hands, fields ball out front, plays through baseball.  Glove stays open and out front in pre-fielding presentation.  Arm action is short from ear, shows good carry across the infield (82 mph at previous events).  Fielding error in the third, fielded other five chances cleanly.  Hits from a wide, balanced setup, very little hand movement in pre-pitch load.  Swing plane stays level throughout, producing line drives.  Up the middle/opposite field approach on this day, was pitched around and mostly away.  Showed patient approach with two walks, and line drive single to right field in third at bat.

2/16/14 Xavier recruit. 5-foot-11, 170-pound infielder. Advanced defensive actions, exchange is quick and clean, gets baseball into throwing slot highly efficiently, hands are soft. Arm action is short and loose, athletic arm action, produces carry, 80 mph across the diamond. Also ran a 6.94 in the 60. Offensively hits from a balanced stance, short stride, maintains balance through contact. Bat path is short, level through the zone, two handed finish. 90 mph exit velocity from the tee.

10/20/13 - 5-foot-11, 170-pound infielder. Displayed one of the most well-rounded skill sets at the showcase. Showed excellent foot speed, ran a 7.0 60. Defensively showcased soft hands, natural infield instincts, quick footwork. Advanced actions, athletic body control, efficient release of the baseball, plays well on the move. Short arm action from over the top at 82 mph with carry and accuracy. At the plate he has a balanced, slightly open stance and short stride. Swing mechanics are advanced and repeated with ease. Showed power from gap to gap, middle to opposite field approach. Exit velocity was 89 mph off a tee.

1/22/12 Flamini is a fundamentally sound 5-foot-9, 160-pound infielder who showed well in all aspects of the game. Defensively, he moves well laterally at third base, as he showcased soft hands and an accurate arm (79 mph) with carry across the infield. Flamini, who ran a 7.27 60, also impressed at the plate. He has a relaxed, easy approach. He demonstrated swing looseness and bat control through the zone, allowing the ball to travel deep in the zone as he laced consistent line drives to all fields.
