In the outfield, high three-quarters arm slot, crow hop, quick exchange and release, all accurate throws, 72 mph positional velo. On the mound, Rosecrans throws with regular effort, smooth rhythm and high three-quarters release. Fastball at 73-74 mph, slight run, throws for strike. Curveball at 63-65 mph, 1-to-7 shape, gradual break, change up at 66-68 mph, slight arm side release.
