7/25/13: Burns has asserted himself as one of the most upside guys in the 2014 class still available. The righty is 6-foot-5 with long limbs. It is easy to project what he will look like in a few years. Burns showed more downward plane at the workout and was 86-87. Change up showed arm side run and the breaking ball showed more depth than in previous workouts.

He shows a good projectable body.  He works from an over the top arm angle.  His arm is quick and works on a downward plane.
