Body: 6-foot, 205-pound strong frame

Hit: RHH. Tall stance, small load, short stride stride. High finish, upward swing path.

Power: 81  mph exit velocity.  up the middle approach.

Defense: Behind the plate registered 2.12-2.21 pop times. Firm hands receiving. Low setup with some flexibility. Showed the ability to block and recover well. 

Arm: RH. C - 71. Short arm action, high ¾ slot.

Run: 7.73-60

6-foot, 205-pound C. At the plate, starts in an open stance with his weight slightly shifted back; uses a high elbow to generate power; uses bat tilt to stay in the zone longer; has an upward swing path; 86 mph exit velocity. At catcher, starts in a low, flexible set up with slightly staggered feet; has a fluid transfer; 2.08-2.19 pop time. Made consistent throws to second during the showcase; 71 mph position velocity. Recorded a 60 time of 7.80.

2/17/18:  6-foot, 160 pound right-handed hitter has a quick barrel turn with uphill path.  Hard contact in his round of batting practice.   Twitchy hands.  Above average lower half.  Gap to gap power potential.  High exit velocity of 83mph.  Defensively, hands are short with a clean transfer.  Accurate throws topped 71 from first base.  Behind the plate, he has a quick transfer into high 3/4 release.  Pop times ranged between 2.03-2.05.  Throws topped 73mph.
