2/21/15: 6-foot-3, 190 pounds, ran a 7.55-60.  Defensively, showcased average hands and feet.  Exchange is clean and plays through the ball.  Short arm action across the diamond at 77 mph with average carry.  Offensively the LHH starts in a balanced setup with a wide base.  Minimal load back, slight leg kick.  Average use of the lower half with good balance throughout the swing.  Above average bat speed with a good approach to the ball.  Short, level path to the baseball, gets to extension.  Gap power, fluid rhythm.  Recorded a high exit velo of 87 mph. 

PITCING-6-foot-3, 190 pound right-hander comes at hitters from a short, ¾ arm delivery with average arm speed.  Level shoulders in the delivery with a good line to the plate.  Lands square, athletic finish.  Fastball sat 76-79.  Breaking ball has an 11/5 shape with gradual break at 64-65 and kept in the zone.  Changeup was thrown with near fastball arm speed at 68-69 with some cut and thrown for a strike.  

6/25/14: 
6 foot- 3 inches/ 185 pounds, Bats left, throws right, 4.76-H-1st, Short arm, with average arms strength from 3b, throws were on target. Average hands and feet. Hits from a balanced stance with a short smooth stride, average bat speed, line drive type hitter. On the mound fastball is 77-78 with sink, curveball is 64-65 with some late break. Athletic player.

2/22/14:
 6-foot-2, 182 pound sophomore is a LHH 3B, but projects more as a 1B. Baldwin’s best tool is his bat. The left handed hitter starts with a balanced setup and uses a smooth load and short stride. Displayed good rhythm throughout. Produces good lift with a repeatable swing. Showcased easy effort with present power. Ball really jumps off his bat. High follow LHH in the 2016 class. On the mound pitches from a high 3/4 slot and short arm action.  Fastball topped out at 78 mph.  Breaking ball was 64-67 while the changeup sat 68-71.
