Dane Dudley: OF/LHP, (2026) Batesville, IN. 5-foot-11, 180-pound athletic physical build. (72.6 mph bat speed average). (19.9 mph hand speed average). Begins in a balanced athletic stance with a smooth rhythmic load, then uses a quick controlled stride. Bat speed was electric, displayed a short simple swing plane and good extension on his finish. Found lots of barrels with tons of loud contacts. Aggressive approach. Capable advanced in the outfield, his best throw of the day was clocked at 86 mph; has consistent feet, a clean fluid exchange, and soft sure hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Some accuracy to the bag, used a consistent arm action and athletic slot. In the 60-yard dash, he clocked a time of 7.36. Advanced on the mound, had a high ¾ arm angle and a short clean arm action with lightning quick arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses easy effort. Has a strong balance point with even in line shoulders. Lands square with a clean finish. (Max spin 1880; Avg 1674).

Bat speed is efficient and displays a simple swing plane. Found a few barrels through his round. Line drive approach. Projectable in the outfield, he showed the ability to make throws to the bases at 75 mph; had average footwork, a developing exchange, and firm hands. Glovework was used deep. Solid on the mound, showing developing arm speed he had a high ¾ arm angle and a compact arm action. Stretch only type pitcher and uses some effort. During his delivery balance point is tall with in line shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. had both sides of the plate command. (Max spin 1831; Avg 1687). He had gradual action on his curveball. (Max spin 1954; Avg 1925).
