5/25/6 Game Notes: Drew Ashley threw a CG No hitter for Evansville Memorial with 12 strikeouts. His fastball was consistently 83-86 and touched 87 on a few occasions with a loose arm action. He often highlighted his 12/6 curve ball that sat 69-70. He also displayed a changeup that was 76-78 with good depth. His delivery has good rhythm and has an athletic finish

4/1/16 Game Notes: Between innings was  a consistent 1.95-2.05 with his pop times.  Also pitches where he was up to 88, sitting 85-87. 

12/7/14: 5-foot-11, 165 pound sophomore possesses raw actions behind the plate.  Does possess athleticism and the ability to handle velo.  Was 75 from the crouch, registering pop times between 2.06-2.15.  Offensively, starts slightly open using a small leg kick.  Hands drop during the load.  Hits off his front side.  Level path to the ball producing hard hit line drives.  Registered an exit velo of 78 mph.  

PITCHING: 5-foot-11, 165 pound righty pitches from a ¾ slot with above average arm speed.  Short arm action.  At times gets rushed in the delivery.  Fastball was 78-82 and thrown for a strike.  11/5 breaking ball showed late, sharp action at 71-72.  Changeup was thrown with near fastball arm speed at 64-65 mph and straight. 

9/15/19:�Hoosier junior outfielder�Drew Ashley�won the first game of the double-header with a walkoff ground rule double to left field. He showed good hand strength and a knack for putting the bat on the ball.
