4/1/17 Game Notes: Uncommitted 2017 RHP at 6'1" 160 pounds. Started game 2 of DH on the mound and threw 4 clean innings, giving up 0 H's, 0 R's, striking out 4 and walking 2. Athletic, live arm with small stab in the back, high 3/4 arm action, threw the fastball at 84-86 and touched 88 a couple times. Curveball still not at out pitch and had tendency to back up on him at 75-76. Changeup was too firm at 79-80mph. Competed on the mound and worked with good pace. Athletic down the mound and fielded his position/held runners well.
