Floyd Central High School High School, Class of 2022; 5-foot-10, 135-pound LHP/OF. During batting practice, the left-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 71 mph Starts in a wide stance with knees slightly bent; uses movement in his hands for timing. He showed a small stride and an uphill swing plane. In the outfield, he moved through the ball and used a high glove on his throws from an over-the-top slot. He clocked a time of 7.21 in the 60-yard dash. On the mound, he had a fluid delivery and a working arm; his arm had good, long action. Used his body well to help gain velocity. His fastball had arm side run and his breaking ball was sharp. Kept hitters off balance by mixing up his pitches. His fastball sat at 72-73 mph with a max of 73 mph. He located his curveball for a strike at 66-69 mph.
