9/24/16: The 6-foot-3 225 pound right-handed pitcher showcased a heavy fastball that sat 81-83, touching 84. Command was inconsistent but did show flashes of swing and miss ability. Breaking ball sat 62-66 with 10/4 shape. Change-up was 72-76 but lacked identity. Arm speed is above average with a high-3/4 slot. Delivery has some effort. Arm tends to drag at times. With some work, velocity could be added soon. Offensively, bat speed is fast with a slightly uphill path. Potential pop to pull side. Exit velocity topped at 86.
