6/7/16: 6-foot-1, 155 pound RHP pitches from a 3/4 arm action with above average arm speed.  Shows some stiffness with a stab in the arm action.  Good balance point.  Smooth rhythm with level shoulders in the delivery.  Good direction, lands square.  FB shows late run at 82-84.  Breaking ball has 10/4 shape with gradual break at 67-70.  Changeup was 73-75 w/ occasional fade.  At the plate hits from a wide setup, loads back.  Stride is short, partial rotation with the lower half.  Good balance. Average bat speed, level path.  Flat, compact swing.  High exit velo of 80.  In the field possesses average hands and footwork with a clean exchange.  Long arm action at 80.  Behind the dish was 2.26-2.34 with his pop times and 75 from the crouch.  Pops straight up on his throws to 2B,  Arm action is long, but does possesses quick arm speed.  

9/20/15:
PITCHING-6-foot, 150 pounds pitches from a long high ¾ arm action with above average arm speed.  Has a stab on the back side.  Good balance point with regular effort in a drop and drive delivery.  Possesses good rhythm with level shoulders.  Good direction to the plate.  Fastball was 82-83.  Breaking ball comes in at an 11/5 shape at 67-70.  Breaking ball tended to miss up in the zone.  Changeup was thrown with near fastball arm speed with some fade at 73-75. 

CATCHING- 6-foot, 150 pounder shows a good stance, receives well with soft hands.  Popped between a 2.22-2.32 with quick but long feet.   Needs to work on quicker transfer, shorter arm action and relaxing throwing hand when receiving. At the plate hits from a balanced setup, loads back.  Leg kick for timing.  Front foot tends to land heavy.  Shows average use of the lower half.  Bat path is level, line drive type hitter with average bat speed.  Recorded a high exit velocity of 79 mph.
