Lowers his hands in his load; gets off his back foot for power; has a line drive swing plane and a high, one-handed finish; 85 mph exit velocity. Shows quick, clean glove work in the field; moves well laterally; shows comfortability and athletic movements; 83 mph position velocity. On the mound, has athletic ability and is clearly a two-way player. He is a high effort pitcher and locates well; stays on top of pitches; has depth on breaking balls low in the zone.

9/16/18: 2020 third baseman right-handed pitcher hits from the right side. Uses an athletic setup in the Box that is slightly open. Swing is initiated by a big leg kick back and weight transfer forward. Hands are loose and free through the zone and bat has some whip to it. Bat path is slightly uphill to help create leverage with good extension out in front. Bat speed through the zone was quick and posted an exit Velo of 81 with line drive ability to the gaps. In the infield showed clean footwork playing through the baseball with a clean exchange, throws showed accuracy at 78 across the diamond. On the mound pitches from a high ¾ arm slot. Quicker tempo to the plate. Arm stroke is loose and clean and repeats mechanics well. Fastball set 77-79 top 80 with occasional late action. Also showed feel for a 11/5 shape CB at 67-71.
