12.8.18: showed well in all facets of his game. The left-handed hitter hits out of a balanced, athletic setup with an explosive lower half. He showed bat speed from a shorter path that regularly got to extension. Tucker consistently found the barrel during his BP round. High contact type hitter with a lot of feel in the box. Registered a high exit velocity of 91 mph off the tee. Tucker is an above average defender with soft hands, fluid footwork and a clean exchange. He plays through the baseball with athleticism. 2/17/18: 5-foot-9,160 pound shortstop has above average hands with some bounce up the middle.  Plays through the ball.  Clean, quick transfer.  Short arm swing into an overtop slot.  Throws topped 86 across the infield.  In the box, Tucker has a fast barrel with some rhythm in load.  Good balance, average use of lower half.  Twitchy hands.  Line drive approach.  High exit velocity of 88mph. 

8.13.17 - 5-foot-8, 145-pound left-handed hitting shortstop. Offensively hits from a tall, narrow, slightly open setup. Long stride with average balance. Pull hitter with a long, uphill swing path, and loose hands, creates whip. 84 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.04. Defensively has a short arm action from a high ¾ slot. Plays thru the ball, good body control, clean exchange. Throws showed carry across the infield at 80 mph.

10.23.16 - 5-foot-7, 135-pound, athletic, two-way prospect. Offensively, left-handed hitter, fluid rhythm, flashed a quick twitch, uphill path through the zone; exit velocity registered at 86 mph. Wide, slightly open setup, smooth load, leg lift. Defensively, soft hands, clean exchange, athletic actions. Short arm action from a high ¾ slot; throws clocked at 76 mph across the diamond. 7.56 runner in the laser timed 60. On the mound, right-handed pitcher, works from the stretch only. Stays on-line, lands square and regular effort throughout. Long arm action and works out of a ¾ slot. Fastball, thrown for strikes, sinking action and sat 72-74 mph. Curveball works 11/5 and sat 64-65 mph. Changeup, ranged between 68-70 mph.
