2017 Spring Scout Blog: Virginia Tech signee.  6-foot-1, 190 pound right-hander dealt a complete game in the sectional semi-finals versus Westfield.  Fastball sat 86-88 early, settling in at 84-86 for final 4 innings of work.  Has the ability to use all quadrants of the strike zone.  Attacks hitters, works ahead.  Breaking ball has downer action at 72-75.  More of a strike pitch than an out pitch.  Drop and drive type delivery with uphill shoulders.  Lands squared, finishes athletically.  Loose, short arm swing into a high 3/4 slot.  Finished with 5 strikeouts and 1 walk in his outing. 

3/28/16 Game Notes: The 6-foot-1, 180 pound uncommitted RHP threw two innings, allowing one hit while striking out 2.  His fastball topped out at 87, sitting more in the 85-86 range.  Drop and drive type delivery, long arm action, high 3/4 slot.  Flashed a good changeup at 74 with some sink action.  Breaking ball was thrown for a strike at 70-71.
