6/5/18 - Peters is a 5-foot-11 162-pound right-handed hitting second baseman and right-handed pitcher in Kansas’ 2021 class.  He ran a 7.44 60 and a 4.75 home to first.  He has an 80 mph exit velocity. At the plate, balanced set up, no wasted movement with minimal load, loose and quick hands, level though the zone, gap to gap line drives, repeats swing, ball found the barrel several times during hitting evals.  On the infield, 72 mph positional velocity, controlled action, smooth footwork to the ball, clean exchange with short over the top arm slot, gains ground though the catch and towards first base, mostly accurate throws. On the mound, controlled tempo to delivery, slight tilt to shoulders before in line stride, over the top, body stays under control, throws with regular effort, fastball at 72-74 mph, some arm side run, gradual 11-to-5 shape to breaking ball, 60-64 mph. 
7/5/17 - Peters is a 5-foot-11 145-pound right-handed hitting outfielder, shortstop, and right-handed pitcher in Kansas’ 2021 class.  He ran a 7.46 60 and has an exit velocity of 74 mph. At the plate, hands work inside the ball, smooth and simple load, short to contact, slightly closed stride, mostly pull side line drives during batting practice.  In the outfield, 74 mph positional velo, quick catch and throw, over the top release, throws with momentum, works through the ball, projectable athlete. On the infield, 73 mph positional velocity, over the top release, fluid footwork to the ball, soft hands, quick exchange on time with footwork, momentum after the catch, athletic, mostly accurate throws, some with carry. On the mound, Peters comes from an over the top release point, in line stride, aggressive down the mound, throws with some effort at end of delivery, controlled leg lift, fastball at 70-71 mph, showed a slider with 10-to-4 action, 61-65 mph, gradual break, curveball has 12-to-6 shape, 62 mph, change up has slight sinking action, 59-63 mph.
