Webb’s delivery is smooth and fluid with some effort, high ¾ arm action, good direction and a repeatable finish. He consistently works downhill, throws a heavy ball and has a long, loose arm action. Webb’s fastball was seen between 85-90 mph with some run. He threw a power curve between 75-79 mph with tight, late spin and 11/5 shape.
