1/26/19 - Neumer is a lanky 6-foot-3 145-pound right-handed hitting outfielder and right-handed pitcher in Kansas’ 2021 class. He ran a 4.66 home to first and had a 76 mph exit velocity. At the plate, balanced set up, wide base, weight shift in lower half to load, reverse toe tap, strides back to set up, slight lift to bat path, gap to gap approach.  In the outfield, short over the top arm slot, clean exchange, quick to the ball, feet create momentum through the catch, 77 mph positional velocity, projection for strength in build. On the mound, Nuemer has a short take away from glove with a high three quarters arm slot, projection in build, smooth and repeatable rhythm, stays in line down the mound, fastball at 71-74 mph, arm side running action at times, gradual 11-to-5 acton on breaking ball, 60-63 mph, throws breaking ball with near fastball arm speed, 65-68 mph, some with arm side release.
