6/9/15 - Tripp is a 5'11" 170-pound right handed pitcher from Lawrence Free State. Good presence on the mound, arm works in clean and smooth delivery with some effort from a high 3/4 slot for a fastball range of 77-81 mph and a max fastball of 82 mph. Stays balanced and smooth with a athletic finish.

4/24/15 - Uncommitted class of 2015 right-hander worked three innings against Kickapoo, fastball at 77-82 mph, 11-to-5 breaking ball at 72 mph. Throws with loose and easy arm action, attacks the zone. Having a solid year for Free State's 11-4 team, currently 1-0 with a 1.57 ERA in 13 and two-thirds innings pitched.

8/6/14 - Wright is an athletic 5-foot-10, 165-pound right-handed pitcher.  Tall balance point.  Easy, rhythmic delivery.  Strides inline, athletic finish.  Very simple, repeatable delivery.  Arm works, throws from three-quarters slot, out front release point.  Commands straight fastball, 76-78 mph.  12/6 breaking ball, 66-68, some with tight spin.  Straight change-up, 63-68 mph.  Pumped strikes with all three pitches. Faced seven batters, struck out three.  15/17 strikes.

8/6/14 - Wright is a 5-foot-10, 165-pound right-hand hitting outfielder.  Tall set-up at the plate, inline stance, short inline stride, backward hand load, easy line drive swing, middle-oppo approach.  81 exit velocity, 4.36 home to first base from the right side.  In the outfield showed fluid footwork, clean exchanges, quick arm, high three-quarters throwing motion, 83 mph throwing velocity.
