1/27/18 - Morgan is a strong 5-foot-10 200-pound left-handed hitting third baseman in Kansas’ 2019 class.  He ran a 7.88 60 and has a 91 mph exit velocity, transfer from Iowa. At the plate,  thin and open stance, some hand load as he strides, lands slightly closed, aggressive swing, mostly hard middle and pull side contact during batting practice.  On the infield, 78 mph positional velocity, 81 mph velo in the outfield, short over the top arm slot, quick transfer, plays the ball out front, fluid footwork to the ball, creates moment through the catch, arm works. 
Transferred from Iowa to Kansas

7/31/17- 5-foot-11, 200-pound left-handed hitting third baseman. 5.06 runner. Consistent hard contact, body load with leg kick trigger, flashes pop in bat, line drive and fly ball contact, pull side approach, 93 mph exit velocity. Works through ball with appropriate footwork, sure hands, throws have accuracy and carry to bag, average lateral range, 77 mph arm strength across infield.

8/1/16- 5-foot-10, 185-pound left-handed hitting third baseman. 8.26 runner. Crouched stance, stays connected, pull approach, out and around at contact, flashes pop in bat, 77 mph exit velocity. Fields deep in stance, avg. glove and range, clean arm action, accurate to bag, 71 mph arm strength.
3/6/16- 5-foot-9, 185-pound left-handed hitting third baseman. 4.84 home-to-first time. No stride approach with front heel turn trigger. Finds barrel. Contact hitter. Gets stuck on backside occasionally losing power. Mid/pull approach. 81 mph exit velocity. Tends to field on heels. Glove is ok. Needs to improve arm strength and later quickness. 67 mph arm strength.
