2/18/13 - O’Daniel is a 5-foot-10, 165-pound LHP with average build, uses long arm action, high ¾ arm slot, fastball is straight at 78-80 mph, touching 81, lacked command of breaking ball at 65 mph, slows arm on changeup that shows some slight cutting action at 67-68 mph, needs continued development of secondary pitches.  As position player, left-handed hitting prospect, average build, long arm action, 80 mph arm strength from outfield.  At the plate, starts with an open stance,  squares frontside and gets foot down early, has slight arm bar.  He gets to the ball with a balanced attack and uses lower half to drive to the ball with a stiff front side that keeps him behind the ball, ran 7.40 60 yard dash, 80 mph tee exit velocity.
