The 6-foot-1, 200-pound right-handed hitter started behind the dish as an eighth grader for Lafayette who advanced to the State Quarterfinals. He brings physicality to the plate with big power for his age and is solid defensively with improving arm strength. Jenkins committed to Louisville shortly after shining at the PBR Junior Future Games as a member of Team Kentucky.

Hit: (RHH) Projectable athletic. Started in a tall athletic stance with a small controlled load, then used a short stride. Developing explosive bat speed. Good extension on his finish. Aggressive gap to gap approach.
