2/13/16 - 60 Time: 7.13, Pop Time: 2.00-2.08, Position Velocity:  C-78, Exit Velocity: 90
5-foot-11, 170-pound LHH combines high-level offensive and defensive ability. Hits from an open stance and squares up with a short stride, gets the barrel in the zone with a compact swing that produces hard contact to all fields, shows flashes of power, runs well for the catcher position. Continues to show increase in arm strength, good athleticism behind the plate with active feet, have seen slightly better pop times from him previously. Grigalis is a top prospect in the 2018 class.

6/29/15 - 5-foot-10, 170-pound left-handed hitter established himself as a high-level 2018 prospect. Hits from an open stance and squares front side with a short stride, good balance throughout swing, short swing path with good extension through contact, gap to gap approach and showed good pull side power, 80 mph exit velocity, ran a 7.33 60-yard dash, went 1-for-3 in game play with a single to right field. Showed a big jump in arm strength from last fall, 76 mph from the crouch with 1.91-1.95 pop times, very accurate throws glove side on the bag, quick transfer and release.

10/4/14 - 5-foot-8, 160-pound left-handed hitting catcher, hits from a slightly open stance, short stride, maintains good balance, good, quiet approach, direct path to the baseball with good extension through contact, line drive type hitter with gap to gap approach, consistently barreled the baseball in BP, solid young left-handed hitter, posted 4.81 home to first time, 71 mph exit velocity off the tee, went 1-for-3 in game play with a single to center.  Defensively is mechanically sound behind the plate, solid footwork, quick transfer, short high-3/4 release, 69 mph arm strength, 2.06-2.15 pop times, mostly accurate throws to the bag, pop times should continue to improve with development of arm strength, high follow in 2018 class.
