The University of Louisiana-Lafayette recruit and former Future Gamer look sharp last Thursday against Sam Houston. Defensively, he continues to prove that he's one of the more reliable defenders in the state and will definitely stick on the infield at the next level. He made a really nice play in the six-hole, cutting the angle of the groundball and delievered a strike to first base, while throwing on the run. At the plate, he looked a lot more comfortable than when we saw him in Week 1, as he didn't chase any pitches out of the zone, and finished the night 2-4 with a RBI.
