6'1" 180 lbs. athletic high-waisted frame with long limbs. The Parkview Baptist product continues to increase his stock this spring. Mitchell got the start for the Eagles against one of the better lineups in the state in West Monroe, and turned in a really good outing. He attacked hitters with a 85-89 mph FB, topping out at 90 mph, which is a new personal best, and his 74-77 mph SL showed flashes at times. Mitchell finished going 4 2/3 IP and gave up 5 H and 2 ER with 3 BB and 5 K's on 79 pitches (53 Strikes | 26 Balls). The uncommitted junior is an athletic mover down the slope with a loose and easy arm stroke that continues to show jumps, which is why he's one of the top uncommitted arms in the state's 2025 class.

Body: 6-1, 165-pounds. Athletic with long limbs.
Delivery: Starts on 1B side of rubber and stays there throughout a deliberate and athletic delivery, strides across body some, and finishes off slightly to the 1B side.
Arm Action: RH. Long and loose arm swing with a low 3/4 slot.
FB: T87, 82-86 mph. Arm-side sink and run, plays best down in zone, can command to both sides. T2402, 2250 average rpm.
SL: 73-75 mph. Short lateral break, lands for strikes and swing & miss. T2095, 2061 average rpm.
CH: 77-78 mph. Plays off FB well with late fade and sink. T1820, 1767 average rpm.
ATH: 7.76 runner in the 60. 1.83 and 4.27 in the 10 and 30 yard splits.

Body: 6-1, 165-pounds. Athletic with long limbs.
Hit: RHH. Starts in an upright and balanced stance with hands held high and out in front of his face, uses a leg kick load and stride as he draws his hands back. Direct path down to contact with uphill extension finishing with one and two hands, looks to hit the ball out in front and works mostly to the pull-side on a line.
Power: 91 max exit velocity, averaged 85.0 mph. 318' max distance.
Arm: RH. INF-83 mph. Short arm action with a 3/4 release.
Defense: Approaches the ball with his hips shifted towards 1st base before receiving out front with two hands, funnels straight to his right ear to release the ball, moved ok laterally and on bounder play, corner INF profile.
ATH: 7.76 runner in the 60. 1.83 and 4.27 in the 10 and 30 yard splits.

Delivery: Starts in middle of rubber and stays there throughout a quicker and deliberate delivery, brings ball straight back, finishes on-line
