2/10/2018- ProCase

6-foot-2, 205 pound right-hander who just recently showcased at the ProCase in Connecticut. The fastball is now up to 89 mph with more in the tank. The fastball has boar and sink to it. The breaking pitch is special, 80-81 mph and 12/6 in rotation. The pitch is one of the better true breaking balls I have seen in some time. The changeup has fade and action to it, still a tick too hard at 78-79 mph. The delivery is online with his feet and the slot is plus 3/4. The lift is athletic and above waist in height. The glove has minor pull to it but he does a good job of keeping inside the body frame at release. The tracking of the front shoulder is done appropriately. The frame and bottom half is outstanding, look for more to come out of this Dartmouth commit.

3/8/2017

6-foot-3, 200-pound right-hander from the Boston Prospects program. The delivery is online with his feet, pitches out of a slightly above ¾. The arm works well and it’s extremely quick. The lift is athletic and on time, small pull of front shoulder off target prior to foot strike. The frame is projectable and strong. The fastball touched 85 mph with arm side action. The velocity should pop this coming summer as the arm projects to be a 90 mph arm. The spin pitch is filthy, hard and sharp breaking ball at 79 mph. The changeup has the right spin, sitting at 78 mph. High level prospect on the mound.

Legit right-handed pitching prospect, relatively unknown. The body is durable and his movements are athletic. The slot is 3/4 and the the ball jumps out of his hand. Fastball has serious boar and sink to it, very heavy. The breaking ball is plus with late action, flithy at times. The changeup is a work in progress. Delivery needs an alignment fix but the ability is there. High Follow for all D1 schools.
