Colin Dowdle: RHP, (2023) St. Sebastians, MA. 6-foot-1, 180-pound lean athletic build. Above average projectable on the mound, using a quick loose arm action he showed above average developing arm speed from a ¾ arm angle. Tall-and-fall up-tempo type pitcher and uses easy effort. During his delivery he displayed a consistent balance point, tall with in- line shoulders. Lands closed with a clean finish. Threw his fastball 87-88 mph; had arm side command and running action with heavy movement. Showed tight swing and miss action and glove side in the zone control on his sharp slider (77-79). His two inning outing was outstanding as he cruised, showing a wipe out slider and good command. He was more than impressive at the event and should garner high level attention moving forward in the recruiting process.

2/21/21
6-foot-1, 180-pound right-handed pitcher. He threw the ball well at the event and continues to develop nicely. The fastball sat 84-85 mph with minimal arm side action. He showed very good command of the baseball. The spin pitch was 72-74 mph and solid in shape, would like to see him command the spin pitch a bit better. The changeup was 73-76 mph with fade. The delivery is online with the feet and the slot is above 3/4in height. The lift is solid in tempo, repeated and he carries his hands a bit down the mound. The arm works, short on the backside, but overall very clean. I like him on the mound and look forward to following him.
2/23/20
5-foot-11, 165-pound right-handed pitcher. The showing at the event was outstanding, best I have seen him throw. The fastball sat 81-83 mph, arm side run and sink at times. The spin pitch is 68-70 mph and solid in shape. The changeup is 73-76 mph, good fade and sink to the pitch. The delivery is online with the feet and slightly above 3/4 in height. The lift is athletic, leads with the hip and is aggressive with his arm. The tracking of the front shoulder can stay online longer to aid extension. Good looking prospect on the mound.

JUNIOR FUTURE GAMES 5-foot-9, 150-pound right-handed pitcher and right-handed hitting outfielder. Ran a 7.53 sixty on the laser at the event. Very athletic young player with his best days in front of him. The approach in the outfield is aggressive and athletic. Threw 75 mph from the outfield to the plate, the arm works free and clean. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 83 mph. The setup is even in base, uses a knee to knee approach on the bottom half. The path is flat and clean to contact, made solid contact. Uses a 1-handed finish. On the mound, the feet are online, above 3/4 in slot. The tempo is solid and good in pace. The arm works clean and the ball comes out of his hand nicely. Solid prospect across the board.

The approach in the outfield is tentative, throwing 72 mph from the outfield with carry. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 86 mph. The spin pitch is 64-65 mph, big in shape. The changeup is a developing pitch. The delivery is online with the feet and above 3/4 in slot. The delivery is solid in tempo, fluid throughout.
