6-foot-1, 180-pound right-handed hitting corner infielder. Showed very well at the Scout Day, best I have seen him showcase thus far. Ran well, and threw 83 mph across the diamond with accuracy and carry to the throws. The glove is solid and he moves athletically at the hot corner. Has the ability to make the slow roller play and is working on the drop step play. The bat was very good, tee exit velocity of 91 mph at the event. Set up with his feet wide, picks up and puts down the front foot as the ball approaches. The hands are clean and the path is flat through the ball.  Very good prospect to me, with added physical strength, could be a very dangerous player.

PROCASE

6-foot-1, 180-pound right-handed hitting corner infielder. The glove is solid and the frame projects well. Threw 80 mph across the diamond, moved well through the ball. The foot speed was 7.6 on the laser and will have to improve as he develops. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 82 mph. Physical strength gains are needed. The path is long and clean through the ball, starts with his wide and a small bat wiggle as he initiates his hands. The key is for him to engage in the weight room, if he does that, he has a chance to be an excellent college prospect.

6-foot, 180-pound, average athletic frame, shoulders are broad, well proportioned athlete. A right-handed hitter, stands upright in the batter's box, feet are shoulder width apart and are even. The hands start at shoulder height, hands are loose, bat starts in more of a flat position. The lower half is under control, has a small controlled leg kick, gets on the back side, keeps weight back. The swing is flat through the zone, driving the baseball from gap to gap, has length on the backend of swing. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 86 mph, made hard solid contact in game play, collecting a single. The time down the line was at 4.91. Defensively, the glove plays at third, hands are soft, clean transfer to throwing hand. The arm action is clean works out of a natural ¾ slot, clocked at 81 mph, with good carry across the diamond. First step instinct was good, got to backhand with ease. Good follow, look for the power to take off as he physically matures.

Home-first: 4.91

Exit Velocity: 81 MPH

Arm Velocity: 86 MPH

2017 FUTURE GAMES

6-foot-1, 180-pound right-handed hitting corner infielder. The glove is solid at the hot corner and he fits the profile there. The movements are athletic and he gets off the ball well. Threw 79 mph across the diamond with an easy throwing motion and more in the tank. The slow roller play and the drop step play to the hole will be the tell all if he stays there. Athleticsm and ability won't be the reason he moves. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 90 mph. Sets up with his feet wide, uses a small pick up and put down of the front foot as the ball approaches. The swing has length to it, getting the hands to work inside a bit more will aid the bat. Love the potential as there is raw and untapped potential in this guy. Ran a 7.58 sixty at the event, that will improve as he matures as his gait is clean. Solid prospect for me, love the potential.

6-foot-175-pound right-handed hitting corner infielder. Showed tremendous potential with the bat. Tee exit velocity of 83 mph as physical strength is needed to aid the development of the swing. The set up is wide with his feet and relaxed hand start. The path is simple to the ball and he stays on the ball through contact. The bottom half is under control. Really like the bat. The glove is solid as the approach to the ball and through it is very well done. Threw 78 mph across the diamond with accuracy. Ran a 4.01 thirty. Excellent looking prospect based on what I saw the workout.

Tee Exit Velocity- 83 mph
INF Velocity- 78 mph
