Threw 76 mph (1.97-2.05) from behind the plate. The set up is square and athletic. The feet work nicely as they transition into the throwing position. The glove to hand exchange is clean and gets the baseball into a strong position to throw. The arm swing is quick, compact and extends through the target.At the plate, the tee exit velocity was 83 mph. The stance begins square and balanced. The load is a controlled leg kick and a short push back of the hands. The bat is quick into the zone and extends through contact with some elevation. Shows the ability to drive the ball to the pull side. Good looking player. He’s fundamentally sound behind the plate and the bat is a good tool.

5-foot-9, 170-pound right-handed hitting catcher. Ran a 4.8 down the line on his dig to first base. Behind the dish, he is very clean and soft. The glove works well and he stays on the ball. Threw 69 mph down to second base during the catching portion of the workout. The pop time is 2.09 and he is accurate. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 77 mph. The setup is even in base, the hands work very well, quick. The bottom half is under control throughout and he spreads the field with the barrel. Solid prospect in the 2020 class.

The glove is soft, foot work to and through the ball needs to refined. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 76 mph. Starts with his feet spread out, front foot slightly open to start. The swing is rotational, and the path is slightly uphill to contact. The hand speed is good, improving contact point is imperative. Solid showing at the event.
