Henry Adkins: OF/3B, (2023) out of the Berkshire School. 6-foot, 160-pound prospect. At the plate, the right-handed hitter's impressive 100 MPH exit velocity with (69.78 MPH bat speed average) and (23.58 MPH hand speed average) showed real juice to the middle of the field. Adkins started in a balanced, athletic stance with the hands relaxed. A slow, controlled load starts a swing that takes an uphill path through the hitting zone. He finished balanced and used the entire field during his round. In the infield, Adkins was up to 76 MPH on his throws across the diamond. As he worked through the ground balls, he showed he has a clean exchange, consistent smooth feet, and sure hands. In the outfield, he reached a velocity of 78 MPH on his throws.
