PROCASE 2021

6-foot-1, 205-pound right-handed hitting outfielder. He ran a 7.14 sixty at the event. The approach in the outfield is online, athletic and direct. The glove is reliable and he threw 84 mph from the outfield to the plate. The bat has an exit velocity of 104 mph. The setup is even in base and the front foot steps into the swing as the ball approaches the hitting zone. The hands work the barrel in an uphill path to the baseball. The hands have good life and the frame can continue to add strength to it as he matures in age. 

Exit Velocity- 104 mph

OF Velocity- 84 mph

6-foot-2, 205-pound right-handed hitting outfielder. He ran a 6.85 sixty at the event. The approach in the outfield is under control and athletic. He profiles as a corner outfielder at the next level. He threw 78 mph during the outfield portion of the workout. The bat has an exit velocity of 96 mph. The setup is even, slightly bend in the knees and he uses a small pick up and put down as he gets into the swing. The path is simple and clean. He is a good looking player with a solid skill set.

 6-foot-2,  205 pounds with a thick, strong athletic frame, showing strength throughout, is a well proportioned athlete. Moves very well for a bigger kid, quick legs, posting a 6.96 60 yard dash at the event. At the plate, hits from the right-side, he is balanced, the stance is slightly narrow. The hands are relaxed at the shoulders. Gaining grounded with stride, turns on the ball well and shows plus strength with an exit velocity of 96 mph. Stays through it, and rolls hands high and late.  The swing is level to up, showing  gap to gap approach and swings it hard. In the outfield, he charges the ball well with a long and high crow hop. The arm is strong, working from a high ¾ slot at 82 mph. Someone that would help a team as a late 21’ signing.

6-foot-2, 205-pound right-handed hitting outfielder. Showed very good foot speed at the event as he moves very well for a bigger sized player. The approach in the outfield is appropriate as he is athletic and works through the ball. He threw 76 mph during the outfield portion of the workout. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 91 mph as he leans on the ball. The setup is even in base, the front foot dives into the plate slightly as the swing is produced. The path is simple, flat and has good life to it. He can be dangerous with the bat.

A physical projectable frame at 6-foot-1,205 pounds. Ran a 6.95 in the 60 yard dash. Offensively- The right handed hitter stands in the box with feet shoulder width apart. Simple load actions. Throws his hands into the hitting zone. No wasted movement. Gets good extension after the point of contact. Showed consistent hard line drives to the middle part of the field. Stays balanced throughout his swing. Top exit velocity was 95 MPH. Defensively- as an outfielder, has an aggressive approach to the baseball. Stays under control. Shows smooth exchange. Throws from a high ¾ arm slot. Shows an accurate arm. Top throwing velocity was 78 MPH. The 2021 graduate is a must follow.


2/23/19

A physical projectable 6-foot-1, 205 pounds. Ran a 7.00 in the 60 yard dash. Ran a 3.94 home to first. Offensively- Stands in the box with feet shoulder width apart. Slight bend in the back side knee. Short load. Short stride towards the pitcher. Loose hands away from the body. Direct path to the baseball. Slight lift at the point of contact. Gets full extension. Showed consistent hard contact to the middle of the field. Balanced throughout his swing. Top exit velocity 87 MPH. Defensively- Aggressive approach to the baseball. Stays under control. Fields the ball slightly off-center. Has above average transfer. Quick release from a high ¾ arm slot. Gathers himself behind the ball. Uses a crow-hop for momentum on throws to the plate. Top throwing velocity 80 MPH. The 2021 graduate is a must follow.
