5-foot-8, 130-pound left-handed pitcher and left-handed hitting outfielder. He ran a 7.3 sixty at the event. The approach in the outfield is aggressive and online. The feet remain active through the catch and he threw 77 mph from right field to the plate. The bat has an exit velocity of 77 mph as physical strength gains are warranted. The setup is even in base and the front foot steps into the swing as the ball approaches the hitting zone. The hands work free and he produces a simple swing path. On the mound, the fastball sat 74-76 mph. The spin pitch was 62-64 mph and big in shape. The changeup was 66-68 mph and solid in action. The delivery is online with the feet and the slot is 3/4 in height. The lift is solid in tempo and he has deception to the delivery as the glove some across the hitters face.

1/26/20
5-foot-7, 120-pound, thin, athletic frame, with room for added weight. A left-handed hitting two-way player. At the plate the feet are even at shoulder width, hands are held higher, could get hands back slightly more. The lower half is simple, small pick up and put down with stride foot. The swing is down to level, with more of a pull approach, hands work freely through the zone. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 67 mph and ran a 4.50 from home-1st. Defensively, threw 68 mph from the outfield, arm working from a cleaner longer arm swing, comes through from a 3/4 slot. For the transfer uses more of a shuffle. Off the mound, works from the set position, leg lift is athletic, slight bend at the waist good stay taller and over backside a tick longer. The arm is whippy and clean working from 3/4 to lower slot, creating natural sink to the fastball. The fastball was clocked at 72 mph more there as he adds strength. The secondary offerings work well, slider/cutter was clocked at 63-65 mph, later break. The changeup shows to have proper turn me over fade action, working to arm side. Strength is needed, projects for me off the mound, will be hard to square up.
