Had an uphill loose swing plane, developing bat speed and good extension on his finish. Created loud contact and found lots of barrels. Aggressive gap to gap approach. Projectable and athletic recorded an outfield position velocity of 73 mph; had developing hands, athletic developing footwork, and a clean natural exchange. Ryan Corcoran: LHP/OF, (2024) out of Masconomet, MA. is a 5-foot-10, 160-pound two-way prospect. At the plate, Corcoran had an exit velocity of 82 MPH, with a (61.89 mph bat speed average) and (18.84 mph hand speed average). He sets up in a balanced, athletic stance with the hands set just off the back shoulder. A short stride triggers a flat swing plane through his finish. During his round, he showed the ability to spray the ball gap to gap. From the outfield, he was 67 MPH on his throws to the plate. As he progressed through the defensive portion, he showed sure hands, consistent smooth feet, and a clean exchange. Corcoran also recorded a 60 time of 7.59. On the mound, Corcoran uses a simple, easy delivery. He gets to a consistent balance point at the top, with the shoulders in line with home plate. As he heads down the mound, he creates a good line, allowing him to land square and finish over his front leg. The arm works out of a ¾ slot, producing a fastball 65-66 MPH (Max spin 1810; Avg 1691) with some late arm side run. He also featured a 12/6 curveball (56-58 MPH) (Max spin 1596; Avg 1591) and a changeup (56-57 MPH) with some arm side fading action.

5-foot-8, 145-pound left-handed pitcher and right-handed hitting first baseman. The approach around the base is solid as he moves with confidence. The glove is reliable and he threw 66 mph across the diamond. He worked out in the outfield as well, throwing 72 mph out of an aggressive approach. The bat has an exit velocity of 77 mph. The setup is even in base and he uses a pick up and put down of the front foot as the ball approaches the hitting zone. The path is long to contact as it originates out of some bat wrap. On the mound, the fastball sat 63-65 mph. The spin pitch was 55-56 and the changeup is a work in progress. The delivery is online with the feet and the slot is above 3/4 in height. The lift is repeated, coil at the top of the lift and he makes his way into foot strike. The arm speed needs to same the same on all his pitches.
