5-foot-11, 170-pound right-handed hitting catcher and first baseman. Threw 71 mph from behind the dish at the workout. The throwing is clean during the transfer, the feet need to be cleaned up to aid the pop time and throwing. Pop time of 2.04. The receiving is solid, still working on securing the catch and softening the glove. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 79 mph. Hits with his feet even and the back elbow is set high. The path is long to the ball, better direction to start the swing is warranted to shorten it down. The batting practice session improved with the more swings he took.
