Zacharym Haslam: RHP/2B, (2025) Joseph Case, MA. 5-foot-5, 125-pound athletic slim build. Raw during batting practice, Haslam had an exit velocity of 79 mph. Started in a wide stance with a handsy load, then used a quick toe tap stride. Bat speed is average, has a simple flat swing plane and good extension on his finish. He created loud contact and found some barrels. Up the middle approach. Fluid in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 67 mph; had consistent hands, developing footwork, and a natural exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. From a ¾ slot, showed consistent accuracy to the base with a loose arm action. Raw on the mound, using a loose arm action he showed developing arm speed from a ¾ arm angle. Stretch only type pitcher who shows easy effort. In line shoulders and a low balance point. Lands open and soft with a falling off finish. Sat with his fastball at 63-64 mph; had sinking action and arm side control. His changeup (57-58) showed fading action and arm side control. Has glove side command and sweeping action on his slider (57-58).
