Room to add to his 5-foot-8, 145-pound frame. Hits from an athletic square set up with high hands. Leg kick load as he lowers hands slightly into a level swing path with some extension. Average bat speed right now with potential to get better as he gets stronger. Barrelled consistently, nice lower half involvement. Exit velo of 73 mph. Sound actions in the infield. Clean hands and exchange, would like to se work thru field to throw more fluidly and actively, but already does it pretty well. Shorter arm action from a lower three quarter slot at 74 mph. Solid foundation in the 2020 prospect. ---- On the mound, has a controlled side step delivery with nice tempo. Average leg kick with down to out lower half and gets some nice lower half involvement, could get backside to work through release to combine with his hips to get full lower half. Has a longer, loose arm action throwing from a three quarter slot and creates quick arm speed. Slight recoil with a square finish. Hides ball well which gives his fastball a darting appearance coming at the hitter with a slight run to the pitch up to 74 mph. Breaking ball has 11/5 shape and shorter later action to the pitch at 65 mph. Change up has some fade to the pitch with near fastball arm speed. Room for growth with more in the tank as he develops.
