6.12.16 - Another Mid-Atlantic Red Sox talent, Eric Lansinger has started to fill out his athletic frame. The Damascus HS product is quickly looking like he will develop into a nice power threat at the plate from the left side.

6.30.15 - Athletic frame at 6-foot-1 180-pounds.  Balanced set up with high hands and a short and simple load/stride.  Good athletic position upon foot strike.  Short and level bat path through the zone with fast bat speed.  Gap-to-gap approach with some potential for some power.  Sound footwork with a clean exchange.  Loose arm action throwing from a high ¾ arm angle across the diamond at 77 mph. throws were consistent. Played through the ball well with fluid hands. Ran a 4.42 home to first and had an exit velocity of 89 mph.

6.12.15 - hits from an athletic setup with high hands and a smooth load. Shows barrel control in his swing with quick bat speed. Gets extension on his finish. Gap-to-gap type hitter with power potential. 6-foot-1 170-pound frame is lean and should continue to fill out as he increases his strength. Quick first step and is a nice prospect to follow

5.8.15 - +2017 Eric Lansinger showed good quickness out of the box and a short swing with good bat speed from the left side.  Line drive type hitter with a good body and frame.  Showed good arm speed and arm strength sitting 81-83 on the mound.  Athletic on the mound and would like to see more in the field.
