MD Future Games Trials 6.27.18
Strong, athletic body type and projectable 6-foot-2, 190 pound frame. Hits from an athletic, balanced, square stance at the plate. Uses a high leg kick for rhythm and timing. Quick bat speed with a short uphill bat path. Would like to see him finish his swing all the way in order to get more lower half involvement. Exit velo was up to 87 mph. Gap-to-gap type hitter with some power present. Took one in BP off the wall in centerfield. Plays through the ball in the outfield and showed a clean exchange. Solid fundamentally and threw with longer arm action from a high three-quarter slot at 75 mph. Ran a 4.28 home-to-first time.
