Starts in a tall open stance with a controlled load, then uses a big leg kick. He found multiple barrels with a lot of loud contact. Athletic in the infield, his position velocity was registered at 78 mph; has a clean exchange, sure consistent hands, and athletic feet. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Athletic projectable on the mound, showed good arm speed with a quick arm action and a ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses high effort. Showed athletic balance point and even shoulders. Lands square with recoil clean finish. (Max spin 2139; Avg 2007).
